Ali Dib, Physiotherapist, H.BSc.
Ali welcomes any challenge that walks through the door. His objective is to 1) get the patient feeling and moving better, and 2) prescribe them corrective exercises that keep them feeling and moving better. In his eyes, the patient must know exactly what’s going on and what it’ll take to fix them. Using a predominantly hands-on approach, Ali gets the client out of stiffness and pain so they can be prescribed the right movement and posture strategies. Once that’s complete, his goal is to empower the patient to become an effective ambassador of their health.
He’s a huge fan of basketball, knows a bit too much about coffee, and is fascinated by new technology in the computer and video/photography space. He will often sound like a broken record saying that the glass is half full for anyone suffering from pain, stiffness, or injuries in general!
